During the last two years, 26 of our clients have seen $28 million of savings with costs of implementation of projects at $735,000. A 3800% average rate of return is noted. These numbers were audited by the State of California and are available in the public domain. Looking at the chart below, note the shaded numbers at the bottom. These numbers tell us that from 23 companies the VAP program generated $28 million in savings on ideas whose total cost of implementation and validation of the savings was $735,000. The figure in the lower right tells us that we acheived an average ROI (Return On Investment) of 3805%.
