Our Training Style

CEOs are grouped in classroom settings with other CEOs

• Classroom activity is interactive and project driven.
• Each CEO will define and implement a project around a course theme.

The project will be developed and then implemented as much as possible during the course. All courses follow a similar path: a course subject, a 2-day weekend session, two single-day follow-up sessions a month apart after the session.

It is our experience that CEOs need these follow-up sessions to insure that the course objective is completed. We could probably send the CEOs off after the first week-end and be done with it but we want results and we can ensure better results when we have these two follow-up sessions.
