OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe that neither management nor workers have a complete understanding of how their business operates. Working together, they can better analyze the business and achieve significant results.

Our Value-added Analysis Process (VAP), facilitates team building. VAP either effectively addresses or eliminates inefficiencies within a system by using a philosophy of NO BLAME¨. Coupled with NO BLAME¨, is our ability to drive the organization to action. One of the keys to success has always been action, and we mobilize the organization through a methodology of ACT-LEARN-ACT. We focus teams on projects and by using this methodology, a practical understanding of the cost and benefit relationship occurs, leading to a high return on those projects.

We know how to lead organizations in finding the proper course for the future, optimizing core processes and aligning the employees behind their leaders. We also know how to achieve "speed" in the processes, rapid change within the organization and significant improvements for the bottom line. Most importantly, we know how to help CEOs turn employees into business people.

NO BLAME ¨ is a registered trademark of BCG

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT US
The good news is that one month after training, the factory output was up 30% over the best month we ever had and we didn't have to work any overtime. The next month was 10% over that month.
Paul Bergeron, President
Pilgrim Fireplace Equipment Company

..a process of improving business productivity and organizational efficiency that has achieved great results and could well be the next step beyond Total Quality Management (TQM). It promises a re-vitalization for a business and even an economy that is stuck in a rut.
Kenneth Lux, Ph.D.., Author
Adam Smith's Mistake

..we reduced the set-up times of our machine tools by 60%. This training set the stage for ongoing change in our company. That continual improvement process has been a way of doing business at every level in our organization.
James A. Henderson, President
Advance Machine Programming

...It has been a "value added" experience for me to observe these practices in over thirty companies in California with positive and profitable outcomes for the business participants.
Bill Plaster, Western Regional Director
National Alliance of Business

America needs to change its management approach and begin to use all the assets, including the people to the limits advocated by The Productivity Connection. Do so, and we will have business retention and survival in the inner cities of America.
RADM R.L. Toney, USN (Ret.), President/CEO
Oakland Chamber of Commerce
