  • Identifying and working through problems that are critical to the company using the 5/67 principles of problem solving.
  • Letting executives, managers or workers apply the process to problems that they have identified.
  • Going through examples of 5/67 problem solving applied in a range of industries.
  • Review the application of "5/67" problem solving to strategy, operations, finance, IT, profits, growth, tactics, change, innovation, acquisition assimilation.
