The Outcome

Three wastes that will have been identified with a plan to eliminate them:

  • Learn the War on Waste process
  • Identify and eliminate bothersome wastes
  • Get others involved when you return to the business.

Process will include:

  • Finding bothersome wastes that have lingered at the company and getting others involved to make them go away.
  • Letting managers and workers at the office review proposed plans and add improvements of their own.
  • Evaluate what's working in your company and how to do more of it.
  • Review wastes in products/services, strategies, people, assets, systems and develop plans to fix them.
