Three wastes that will have been identified with a plan to eliminate them:
- Learn the War on Waste process
- Identify and eliminate bothersome wastes
- Get others involved when you return to the business.
Process will include:
- Finding bothersome wastes that have lingered at the company and getting others involved to make them go away.
- Letting managers and workers at the office review proposed plans and add improvements of their own.
- Evaluate what's working in your company and how to do more of
it.
- Review wastes in products/services, strategies, people, assets,
systems and develop plans to fix them.
